You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your item has shipped, we will send a follow-up email containing tracking information. You can easily track your package anytime using the link provided in the shipment confirmation email.

For freight shipments, tracking systems may vary by carrier. You may need to visit the carrier’s website to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier's system. If the tracking link is not immediately active upon receiving our email, kindly allow 24–48 hours for the system to update.

You can track your order by logging into your account. You will need the email address you used to place the order as well as your order number.

In certain cases, you may request samples for wood finishes or textiles. Please feel free to reach out to us to discuss your specific needs and make these requests.

All products are drop-shipped directly from our vendors using the carrier of their choice. Products requiring freight and/or white glove delivery will be a flat rate cost of $250.00. Items shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS typically arrive within 7 business days, though delays may occur, and we cannot guarantee exact arrival times. Shipping costs may vary, depending on the size of the item. Please note that items ordered together may arrive in separate shipments if sourced from different vendors. If an item you’ve ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours (Monday–Friday). Currently, we ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer shipping to Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska at this time.

Furniture and other oversized items will deliver via White Glove freight and will take longer to arrive. On average freight shipments take up to 10 business days to ship plus the travel time, but is also dependent on your delivery location. For delivery, you will be contacted by a local delivery agent to set up your delivery day and time window. We offer a flat rate price of $250.00 for all white glove delivery.

If your item is marked as FINAL SALE, MADE TO ORDER, or CUSTOM it is not eligible for return. Custom items will also take longer to ship, as they are made to order. Please measure before ordering as furniture and mirrors are final sale.  (unless damaged).

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing you 15 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be in their original condition—unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@theeditbyprudencebailey.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions for sending your item back. Please note that items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

For returns involving freight delivery, these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may take additional time to process.

All mirrors and furniture are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

We will notify you as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at orders@theeditbyprudencebailey.com.

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damage, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and resolve it for you.

Should you wish to exchange an item, please start a return for your original item. Once your return is approved for a refund, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

We have taken great care to accurately represent product colors on our website, particularly for fabric swatches. However, due to variations in individual computer and device settings, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will perfectly match their appearance in person.

We are not responsible for errors or incomplete information entered by customers during checkout (e.g., missing apartment numbers, incorrect house numbers, etc.). Any additional fees incurred to re-route orders due to such errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
